Irish camp-out 2006
Boy the kids (Zachary) keep us so busy, I'm falling behind in my blogly duties....
Finishing up the rest of our busy Labor Day weekend, we joined the Irish camp-out at Uncle Richard's place...
Grandpa is showing us that he learned to play the dulcimer....
And was teaching Emily and Zachary to play...
We missed seeing Uncle Jim and Aunt Kathy...we just missed them when we arrived at camp (they went to Grandma Irish's) and when we went to Grandma Irish's they had just left to go back to camp! We got to see Nathan though...
It's always fun to watch the bow shoot... here Daddy's cousin Bob is up, while Uncle John, Aunt Anne and Meagan wait for their turn...
We only made a day visit this year, and after camp went to give hugs to Grandma Irish... we even got a bonus hello from Uncle Richard and Aunt Marion while we were there!

good job with the dulcimer, grandpa. it is amazing the good things that you can teach the grandkids. they will enjoy a rich 'irish' tradition.
